These terms govern your use of SMM Store (smm.store) — a Telegram-focused SMM panel. Orders use public t.me links only; we never ask for your Telegram password.

1. התערבות בהזמנה
כאשר אתם מנסים להירשם להזמנה מכמה שירותים עבור קישור אחד, בצעו את ההזמנות עם קישור פרטי שניתן לעקוב אחריו (אחרת, SMM Store לא אחראי לעקוב אחרי ההזמנות שלכם)
2. קישור הזמנה שגוי
אם הזנתם קישור שגוי או בפורמט שגוי, ההזמנה שלכם תסווג אוטומטית כושל, והסכום שנגבה לא יוחזר לחשבונכם.
3. Overlapping orders on the same link
Do not place another order (on smm.store or elsewhere) on the same t.me link while an order is still open here. If you do, we may not be able to investigate delivery issues.

ישנו שיעור ירידה משוער לכל שירות. ירידה קלה נעה בין 5% ל-20%, ירידה בינונית בין 20% ל-50%, וירידה גבוהה בין 5% ל-100%. אך יש לזכור כי אלו הערכות בלבד ועשויות להשתנות לפי הערוץ או החשבון שלכם, וכן לפי מצב הרשתות החברתיות וגורמים נוספים. המידע אודות הירידה הוא רק הערכה על סמך ביצועי השירות בעבר, ולכן האתר לא אחראי על דיוק ההערכה הזו.
6. Prohibited content
Orders for illegal, abusive, or restricted topics (see user agreement below) may be marked completed on the server but rejected on smm.store. The service fee can be deducted from your balance and the order cannot be tracked or refunded.
7. Service description estimates
Start time, speed, and similar notes in the catalog are estimates. They can change because of Telegram limits, provider load, or maintenance.
Terms of payments
1. General considerations
These payment terms apply when you top up your SMM Store wallet with cryptocurrency. Read them together with the rest of this page. If anything conflicts, these payment rules control for deposits.
SMM Store supports automated crypto gateways and manual crypto transfers where listed in Add funds.
2. Manual payment
a. Before paying manually, confirm the method is still active in Add funds.
b. After a manual transfer, open a ticket on smm.store with proof. We verify the transaction, then credit your balance.
3. Deposit limits
Each payment method has minimum and maximum amounts in Add funds. Deposits outside that range may not be credited; SMM Store is not responsible for lost transfers sent to the wrong amount or inactive method.
4. Refund
Balance refunds to an external wallet are only considered when:
a. Delivery exceeds the window stated in the service description (documentation required; review can take one to two weeks). Updates on smm.store or @suppanel_7 count as part of the description.
b. Your account was inactive for more than four months and you request a refund before closure.
c. Wrong deposit amounts cannot be automatically reversed — double-check before you send.

SMM Store (smm.store) is an online Telegram SMM panel: members, views, reactions, boosts, bot starts, Stars, and related services at live catalog rates. You register, fund your wallet, and place orders with public t.me links. Digital marketing carries platform risk; you are responsible for how you use the panel.
2. General provisions
a. Agreement
These terms are a binding agreement between you and the operators of SMM Store.
b. Other policies
Privacy sections on this page, platform rules, and any separate agreements you accept with SMM Store are part of these terms.
c. Changes
We may update these terms on smm.store. Continued use after the revised date means you accept the update.
d. Acceptable use
You must comply with applicable law. SMM Store may restrict service in certain regions or for abusive use.
3. Support
a. Respect in tickets
Support staff and users must communicate politely. Abuse or harassment can lead to account suspension.
b. Force majeure
SMM Store is not liable for delays caused by events outside our control (outages, sanctions, war, natural disasters, Telegram or provider failures). Users must still follow these terms during disruptions.

Settings stay on your device. Requests go only to SMM Store. Nothing is sold to third parties.

The optional SMM Store browser extension (“we”, “our”) respects your privacy. This section explains how the extension handles data — separate from your main smm.store account.
2. Information we collect
We do not sell personal data from the extension.
It may store locally:
- Your API key (you provide it)
- Basic settings in browser storage
3. How we use information
- The API key connects only to your SMM Store account.
- Requests go to official smm.store servers.
- No third-party analytics servers receive your key.
4. Data storage
- Keys and settings stay on your device.
- We do not host extension data on our servers.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share extension data with third parties.
6. Permissions
The extension may ask for minimal permissions (e.g. storage for settings). It does not request unrelated access.
7. Security
Because data stays local, you control it. Keep your device and API key secure.
