Please read these terms carefully. They govern your use of SMM Store (smm.store) and our Telegram SMM panel. By creating an account or placing an order you confirm that:
1- You understand the risks of social media marketing and Telegram delivery;
2- You accept those risks when you fund your wallet and submit public t.me links;
3- SMM Store is not liable for platform bans, drops, or third-party network changes beyond the refund rules on this page.
If you do not agree, do not use smm.store or our services.

شرایط سرویس‌ها

1. Inside Order Interference

When you run several services on the same Telegram target, use a trackable link format where possible. Otherwise SMM Store may not be able to trace overlapping deliveries.

2. Wrong Order Link

If you input the wrong link or in the wrong format, your order will be automatically placed in the completed status and the charged amount will not be returned to your balance.

3. Overlapping orders on the same link

Do not place another order (on smm.store or elsewhere) on the same t.me link while an order is still open here. If you do, we may not be able to investigate delivery issues.

4. Cancele and Refund

If there is a cancel button for the selected service or if this feature exists in the description of that service, you can request to cancel the order.
If the order is not completed within the time specified in the service description, you can request to cancel and reund through the ticket. Note that channel update notifications are part of the service description. In this case, the amount made will be deducted from the charge amount and the rest will be returned to your balance. Please note that you must register your request before completing the order.
If the order was made incorrectly and the specifications of the service received are different from the service you have chosen, you can request cancellation and refund. Execution speed, start time and drop rate are not among these specifications.
If your support request in the ticket for that order remains unanswered for more than 24 hours, you can request that the order be canceled and the charge amount returned to your balance.
If the link entered for placing the order is wrong or you change your link after placing the order, your order will be corrupted on the server. This order is automatically placed in the status of completed or canceled without completion. But the charge amount may not be returned to your account. It is not possible to track these orders. So try to check the link before placing the order and don't change it until the order is complete. This also applies to orders with a long delivery time, such as Telegram autoviews.
If you place multiple orders from similar services for a specific link at the same time, your orders may be automatically canceled or completed. In this case, the charge amount may not be returned to your balance and these orders cannot be tracked. Make sure you don't have more than one active order from the same service for a particular link. Let the first order complete and then place the next order.
The request to cancel the order due to low speed or delay in the start time is valid only when this delay has not been notified to you in the service description or information channels.
If you make a mistake when placing an order, for example, enter the wrong link or choose the wrong service, it is not possible to cancel the order.
Any cancellation or refund request must be accompanied by complete documentation. Without submitting the documents, it will not be possible to review the application.

5. Drop

There is an estimated drop rate for each service. Low shedding ranges from 5 to 20%, medium shedding ranges from 20 to 50, and excessive shedding ranges from 5 to 100%. But bear in mind that they are only estimations and could alter based on your channel or account, as well as the state of social networks and other factors. The information about the drop is only an estimate and guess based on the service's past performance, and as a result, the website disclaims any responsibility for the accuracy of this estimate.

6. Prohibited content

Orders for illegal, abusive, or restricted topics (see user agreement below) may be marked completed on the server but rejected on smm.store. The service fee can be deducted from your balance and the order cannot be tracked or refunded.

7. Service description estimates

Start time, speed, and similar notes in the catalog are estimates. They can change because of Telegram limits, provider load, or maintenance.

1. General considerations

These payment terms apply when you top up your SMM Store wallet with cryptocurrency. Read them together with the rest of this page. If anything conflicts, these payment rules control for deposits.

SMM Store supports automated crypto gateways and manual crypto transfers where listed in Add funds.

2. Manual payment

a. Before paying manually, confirm the method is still active in Add funds.

b. After a manual transfer, open a ticket on smm.store with proof. We verify the transaction, then credit your balance.

3. Deposit limits

Each payment method has minimum and maximum amounts in Add funds. Deposits outside that range may not be credited; SMM Store is not responsible for lost transfers sent to the wrong amount or inactive method.

4. Refund

Balance refunds to an external wallet are only considered when:

a. Delivery exceeds the window stated in the service description (documentation required; review can take one to two weeks). Updates on smm.store or @suppanel_7 count as part of the description.

b. Your account was inactive for more than four months and you request a refund before closure.

c. Wrong deposit amounts cannot be automatically reversed — double-check before you send.

You register, fund your wallet, and place orders with public t.me links. Digital marketing carries platform risk; you are responsible for how you use the panel.

2. General provisions

a. Agreement
These terms are a binding agreement between you and the operators of SMM Store.

Privacy sections on this page, platform rules, and any separate agreements you accept with SMM Store are part of these terms.

c. Changes
We may update these terms on smm.store. Continued use after the revised date means you accept the update.

d. Acceptable use

3. Support

a. Respect in tickets
Support staff and users must communicate politely. Abuse or harassment can lead to account suspension.

b. Force majeure
SMM Store is not liable for delays caused by events outside our control (outages, sanctions, war, natural disasters, Telegram or provider failures). Users must still follow these terms during disruptions.
